Key West’s only restaurant that traps, cooks and serves wild-caught stone crab, shellfish and fish right in front of your eyes. With over 1,000 traps in Key West’s pristine waters, our dedicated crab trappers unload their catch right in front of you on the restaurant’s dock. The dock is only 14ft from our Stoned Crab kitchen.
Our Captains unload their catch daily to reduce our carbon footprint and guarantee freshness. Our tuna and swordfish are long-line caught to avoid accidentally snagging sea turtles or manatees.
The seafood you eat at The Stoned Crab today surely slept in the ocean last night.
